Can we just take a second to talk about this adorable Leith Tapestry Skort! Sadly I ordered this a month ago and am just now getting around to posting about it. Since it took me so long to get this post up, the Leith tapestry skort is sold out. Luckily I’ve linked some adorable skirts that could work just as well.  This skort is perfect because the colors are amazing and let’s not forget the amazing pockets! I paired this adorable skort with my favorite black twist back sweater.  I’m obsessed with this sweater because you can wear it like a normal sweater or pull it down a bit and make an off the shoulder look.

For today’s look I also tried out this amazing new T3 Whirl Trio Interchangeable Styling wand. I used the 1 1/2 straight curling wand and I love the results. These large, bouncy curls are to die for. All I did was curl my hair with the wand and then I used a large tooth comb to brush through the curls and loosen them up a bit. This set comes with three different size curling heads so you can get a wide range of curl sizes.

Use Promo Code: TWONG15 for 15% of your order.

What better way to celebrate Spring than with a new Daniel Wellington watch! In honor of Spring, Daniel Wellington Fresh Start Campaign starts tomorrow April 4th – April 23rd where you will receive a free strap (mesh straps excluded) with the purchase of any watch.  This is such an amazing promotion because it’s like buying two watches for the price of one! I chose the 32MM Melrose Rose Gold watch and was gifted the white leather band.  Both of these colors are perfect for Spring and versatile.  I typically don’t favor rose gold, but this watch is so stunning. Daniel Wellington offers such classic and chic watches that are perfect for any occasion.  In the past I loved chunky, oversized watches but after Daniel Wellington, I’m all about the sleek and petite watches.

Blush Shift Dress: ASOS, ASOS, ASOS / Nude Suede Ankle Strap Sandals: Jeffrey Campbell / Purse: Gucci

It’s officially Spring which means you will see me wearing a ton of blush! I ordered this light blush shift dress last summer when my sister was getting married. This dress was in a large order of dresses I purchased to wear to the bridal shower or rehearsal dinner.  Sadly this dress got lost in the mix and never made it out of the closet until now.  Since it took me forever to get this dress posted, it’s sadly sold out but ASOS always has similar options.

I love this dress because it’s modest in length and the sleeves are also not overly restrictive.  Anyone else hate form-fitting sleeves?  With muscular arms, sleeves can be a dreadful thing, but these sleeves are fitting without cutting off your circulation. This adorable blush shift dress made the perfect church outfit last Sunday.  I would wear this dress on a date or even dress it down with sandals for a cute brunch look.

I was recently going through my closet trying to put together some cute Valentine’s Day date night looks and came across this pink ruffle skater dress.  I love the lace and especially love the ruffle top half to the dress.  I honestly don’t know how long the dress has been sitting in my closet but I’m sad I’m just now getting around to wearing it. I got this dress from Urban Outfitters and sadly I can’t find the same exact dress online but I’ve linked some similar cute dresses that have the same vibe.  All the dresses I’ve linked are fun, flirty and perfect for a date night look.

Happy Super Bowl Sunday! Work has been so busy that it seems like the only day I actually get to take outfit pictures is on Sunday’s for church. I’m working on a few Valentine’s Day outfit guides, and I’m hoping to get them up this coming week.  Today’s church dress is also a piece that would work for a Valentine’s Day date night.  I love this Who What Wear ruffle wrap dress so much! The color is bright and vibrant and is the cutest cut.  I typically am not a fan of sleeves on dresses but I love these long, loose flutter sleeves.   The dress is called a wrap dress but it actually slides on over head versus a typical wrap dress.  You do get the wrap dress effect which I love, and especially love the ruffle detail to break up the dress.

Happy Sunday everyone! For today’s church outfit I wore this adorable spring street floral dress from Nasty Gal.  I love the floral print and especially love the layered ruffles.  The best part about this dress is that it’s currently on SALE! Nasty Gal is currently having an amazing sale and I snagged a ton of cute dressed. Hurry over while they still have tons of size options.

Today at church a man stopped me and complimented me on the dress. He said he loved the flared sleeves and the ruffle details. I couldn’t help but giggle because I thought it was the cutest thing ever.  I love men who appreciate fashion and give compliments.  He then proceeded to tell me that every dress his wife owned he bought for her. My heart continued to melt as he told me this adorable story.

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted an outfit post and just realized I had this one sitting in my drafts.  Clearly you can tell this post is old since my hair was still extremely long and pre hair cut.

This adorable dress is from Nasty Gal and I absolutely love it! It’s sadly sold out in this color combination but they have same exact style in white and pink and it’s on sale. This semi sheer chiffon dress is adorable with the v-neckline and has a front button up bow tie. I also love the cinched elastic waist line and the cute ruffle flute sleeve details. This is the perfect dress that can go from the office to date night.

Starting Fresh

Tia Wong - Long Asian Hair

I did a poll on Instagram and asked if I should cut my hair short or keep it long.  At first it was split almost down the middle but by the end of the poll everyone said I should keep my hair long.  You can see how long my hair was in the before picture.  I typically get my hair cut to my mid back every year in December and by the next year it’s grown back to my butt.  Last year I let it grow a little longer than planned due to working so much and not being able to get to the salon.  I finally got an appointment with my girl Lisa, and she worked her magic.

When you see the after photo, it probably doesn’t look like I cut much off, but next to the before picture you can see how much we cut off.  My hair was actually still very healthy at the bottom, but I was just so tired of always sitting on my hair so it was time to start fresh for the New Year.  I love the end results of the color as well.  I wanted to go more brown versus going lighter, and I’m obsessed with my new hair!

Let’s all take a look at my crazy hair! I’ve been trying to get to the salon for months to try to tame this mess.  I’m finally going to the salon to cut and color my hair! I’m so excited for a fresh start. I typically always get my hair done in December so I go into the new year with a fresh-cut and color.  Due to my crazy work schedule I’ve been postponing it for way too long. I’ll be posting my before and after pictures on the blog soon!

Sadly this adorable dress is sold out, but I’ve linked a ton of similar options.  These 1. State cut out booties are also sold out but I’ve linked some cute alternative ones.  I love this simple burgundy ruffle sleeve shift dress. It’s so comfortable and easy to pair with booties for a casual look or dress it up with heels.

Happy Sunday everyone! Thankful I got to have this weekend off and the chance to go to church this morning.  I paired this adorable flare dress with this Who What Wear cheetah print jacket.  I was at Target the other day and this adorable jacket caught my eye.  I love the fun print and I love dressing up a simple black dress with this pop of color.
