Let’s talk about this adorable blue bell sleeve dress! I paired this dress with this adorable pink purse that I found at Target of all places.  It’s so cute and the perfect accessory to a simple look.  Sadly the purse is also sold out but they have a ton of cute pink purses in stock.  I also linked a bunch of cute statement scarfs that you can tie onto the simple purse to get the same look.
